You may have seen the following message pop up in a Windows notification box :-
Your device’s Diagnostic data level has been set to full by your administrator or organisation
This setting applies when organizations or people set limits on what data to send to Microsoft, full means you are not setting any limits.
You can find this setting in Settings – Privacy – Feesback & diagnostics tab.
