Error 80004005-501-4B9-560 – Microsoft Outlook With Exchange 2010

The error 80004005-501-4B9-560 is seen when synchronizing Microsoft Outlook with Exchange Server 2010, this error generally occurs when Outlook is trying to sync forms with public folder.  So if a user gets this error you will probably find they use public folders.

I have seen this error a few times, however there has never been an actual issue.  See possible fix’s below.

Any sync errors will be kept in the Sync Issues folder in the Outlook client

Resolution

Recreate user Outlook profile.

Look for added mailbox’s or other public folder items that are no longer required.
