Ofcom Publishes Diversity Plan

Ofcom has today published its four-year plan of action to ensure diversity and inclusion remain central to how we operate, so we make the best decisions for all UK citizens and consumers.

The Diversity and Inclusion Programme reviews the progress they have made since 2014 and, following a consultation, sets out their actions and objectives in this area for the next four years.

Also today, Ofcom has published its Equal Pay and Gender-Ethnicity Pay Audit for 2017/2018 (PDF, 217.6 KB).

Ofcom has published equal pay audits at regular intervals since 2004, and has a programme of work in place to reduce its gender pay gap.

In March 2018, Ofcom’s median gender pay gap was 10.5% per cent. In 2017 it was 12.1%.
