Fake PayPal Emails [From [email protected] or [email protected]]

Another example of a fake PayPal e-mail.  This is not a very good spam mail, there seems to be HTML errors in it, and no obvious attempt to hide the fact that it is from a fake address, so it would probably end up in your spam folder.

The e-mail appears to be from PayPal Support <[email protected]> but the reply to address is [email protected]

As per the image below the email contains the following text :-

Dear Customer

We are unable to Confirm your account information.

As a result, your account has been temporarily Suspended.

All the services related to your account has been suspended pending resolution. Please provide us with your details as soon as possible.

Just click on Confirm My Account and Login to your PayPal account and follow the instructions :

This is an automated message. Please do not reply to this email. If you need additional help, visit PayPal Support.

Notice: If this email was sent to you in your Junk or Spam folder please mark it as not spam due to our new security update.

The “Confirm My Account” link takes you to a domain called photochaud.digibrain.com.br and the specific URL has been checked and contains malware.

Please do not click any links in e-mails that you suspect are fake.
